DENVILLE-KANANI FARMS is located off Camino Tassajara, halfway between the towns of Pleasanton and Danville. We are located on 23+ acres at the end of a private road, with a 10,000 acre cattle ranch behind us. This means that the environment is very peaceful, with no road traffic and beautiful views. You can find us using this Map To the Ranch

The ranch was started in 1985 by the husband and wife team of Dennis Hurlburt and Kris Kalstrom. We started with a vacant parcel of land and a professional ranch designer, and built the ranch over the past 21 years. We believe that we have one of the best mixes of covered arenas and open space in the area. This allows our  excellent training team to maximize the learning process and our customers to enjoy a mix of activities. All of the buildings are either Barnmaster or MD modular Barns, which has allowed seamlessly expansion as the ranch has grown. We are now at our optimum size - about 55 stalls and several turnout areas and pastures.

We are a TRAINING FACILITY, focused on combined training and dressage. We hold USEF,USDF and CDS recognized Dressage shows and Schooling Hunter/Jumper shows. As such, we strive to maintain our facilities in "show quality" condition.
