"OHANA (Hanna)" is an eye-catching 16.1 hand chestnut 5-year old SF mare. She has had several years of professional training, mostly in dressage, with some eventing. Hanna has been competing in training level dressage in 2007 and 2008, with her amateur owner/rider. She has been very successful, with scores ranging from the mid-60s to low 70s, and she was the USDF Selle Francais Adult Amateur Champion in 2007. She is now ready to move up to First Level dressage. Prior to starting her dressage career, she was competed at Beg Novice eventing in 2006, in order to confirm that she has jumping ability. Hanna's sire, Florian, in addition to being approved by the Selle Francais registry, has a FOUR-STAR rating from the ISR and two approved stallion sons. He is also the sire of Kaliflorian, who was named Champion Colt and Reserve Champion Young Horse(out of 75 horses!) at Dressage At Lexington. Florian is a son of the famous stallion, Furioso II. Hanna's dam, Greta, produced several state and national dressage, jumping and eventing champions, including Came a Dream, a Grand Prix jumper by Quickstar, Kanani, a USDF National Dressage Champion, and Leyasta, currently competing at eventing CCI**. Paniolo is a striking four year old 16.0H Selle Francais gelding with GREAT bloodlines. He was rated "Exellent" as a weanling. He has been in professional training with Olivia LaGoy Weltz and Alexis Helffrich for the past 9 months, and began his dressage show career at training level in April, 2007. This first show season has been a real success. His scores have been in the mid-60s to low 70s, and he just won the Selle Francais 2007 ALL BREED OPEN CHAMPION AT TRAINING LEVEL. His scores were in the mid 60s to low 70s. Paniolo moved up to First Level dressage in November, 2007. He is consistently earning scores in the mid-60s to low 70s, placing first or second in almost all classes. He will be moving up to Second Level in May/June 2008. He is uncomplicated, soft and balanced, with a fabulous attitude and lovely stretch and gaits. He has the added bonus of great jumping potential. Paniolo's sire, Concorde, is by the famous stallion Voltaire, out of a Marco Polo daughter. Concorde was himself an international jumper with Jos Lansink. They won the Grand Prix of Nordrhein-Westfalen at Aken and they were Champion of the Netherlands in 1994, 2nd in the Grand Prix of Amsterdam, 2nd Darmstadt, 2nd Lanaken, 2nd Helsinki and 2nd Gothenburg. The last three years Concorde was the sire with the most offspring at the World Breeding Championships for young horses. Concorde was the youngest stallion ever to be awarded preferentı, due to his endless list of national and international children.. Concorde was elected ³Horse of the Year² in 2004 and is the highest ranked KWPN stallion in the top ten of the WBFSH!! Paniolo's dam, Ilima, is a beautiful 15.2 10-year old Selle Francais mare who earned an "Elite" rating, was the Selle Francais Reserve National Champion weanling in 1996, and was Reserve in the USDF Selle Francais All-Breeds at Training level in her first year of showing, and the Selle Francais All-Breed Champion at First Level in 2007. Ilima had a four year career as a broodmare, producing three beautiful foals (rated "Excellent") and was put back into training in Dec 2005. Ilima has lovely gaits and great jump. Ilima was shown in 2006 by Alexis Helffrich, and in 2007 by Alexis and Olvia LaGoy Weltz.. Punahou is an athletic five year old 16.1H Selle Francais mare with wonderful eventing/jumping bloodlines. She has been in professional training for the past 10 months with Olivia LaGoy Weltz and Alexis Helffrich. She is jumping both stadium and cross country fences, and shows a great aptitude for eventing. She will be competing in her first horse trials at Woodside in May, 2008. She is calm, willing, and very athletic, with great jumping potential. She is particularly impressive on cross country. Punahou's sire is Ideal, a three-star Oldenburg stallion by Inschallah with numerous winning offspring.
