IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COMPETITOR TO
BE INFORMED OF THE RULES.
Entries on a first come basis. Please specify desired day(s) on entry
form. All classes will be offered on all days. Freestyle music must be on compact disc and
entry must include copy of qualifying ride.
Entries must be completely filled in with all required numbers and
signatures. COPIES OF APPROPRIATE USEF, USDF, AND CDS CARDS AND HORSE
REGISTRATIONS MUST BE INCLUDED WITH ENTRY OR ENTRY WILL BE CONSIDERED
INCOMPLETE. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ENTRIES MAY BE CHARGED $10.00 PER
CORRECTION AND/OR MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED
Opening date for all shows- 60 days prior to first day of show. Show will close
early if oversubscribed. Management
reserves the right to cancel or amend any or all classes and to add or change
judges if deemed necessary. Management also reserves the right to accept
conditionally or cancel any entries, qualify riders as exhibitors, prohibit
exhibition of entries and cancel or combine prizes
FEES: Checks payable to Denville-Kanani Farms. Training through Fourth Level - $50 per
class; FEI-
-$55 per class.
Add
$10 for GAIC/USDF Qualifying classes.
Freestyle entry fee - $55 OFFICE FEE OF
$15/ENTRY. No refunds after closing date unless there is a vet or
doctor certificate and the ride can be filled from waiting list. $10 service charge per class will be deducted from any refund requested before closing
date. $15 service charge per class will be deducted from any
refund after closing date.. Returned
check - $20. Post entries will be
accepted only as space allows plus late fee of $10 per ride. Any changes in an entry (classes, horse,
rider, etc) will be charged an office fee of $10 per change..
TIMES: Times will be emailed, phoned, or faxed, and they will be posted
on the Denville Kanani web site.
It
is the exhibitor's responsibility to contact show management if times are not
received.
AWARDS: Ribbons through fifth place; Prizes to First in classes with two
or more horses.
STABLING: VERY LIMITED stabling at nearby ranches. Stabling is in
permanent stalls with doors.
ALL
stabling must be arranged IN ADVANCE with show management. $40/nite/stall or $30/day/stall, depending on the location of
stabling.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Limited accommodations available on the
show grounds. Also,
many hotels nearby.

FOOTING: Rubber mix in show arena. Rubber mix for warm-up.
OTHER: BOTH SHOW ARENA AND WARM-UP ARE COVERED. Sound system.
No dogs or unattended children. Office fee OF $10 per horse..
